These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Pulse IQ platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pulse IQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Pulse IQ is a business analytics, performance, and training platform designed to support operational decision-making. Pulse IQ is not a clinical system and does not store patient health records.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

Ensuring accuracy of information uploaded

All activity conducted under your account

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Pulse IQ is provided on a subscription basis. Fees are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue through the end of the billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload unlawful, malicious, or unauthorized content

Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the platform

Use the service for purposes outside its intended scope

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content, software, and materials are the property of Pulse IQ Solutions. Customers retain ownership of their uploaded data.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pulse IQ is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pulse IQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

HIPAA Compliance & Data Security Statement

Pulse IQ is designed to support organizations operating in healthcare and compliance-focused environments.

HIPAA Status

Pulse IQ does not collect, store, transmit, or process protected health information (PHI) as defined under HIPAA. The platform is not intended to serve as a system of record for patient data.

Because no PHI is stored, Pulse IQ is not classified as a HIPAA-covered entity or business associate unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
